In February 2023, a comprehensive strategy was implemented with Google Ads campaigns, SEO activities, development of new web sections and blogging. Decrease in the flow of office rentals, reduction in office occupancy indicating a decrease in customer acquisition.
Office occupancy of over 90%, with an outstanding performance in private office rentals. Successful diversification with 80% in coworking, desks and boardrooms. Online, 41.55% increase in web traffic, 63.18% increase in organic traffic. Improved search leadership with 6.73% more visibility. Successful blog content: 37.92% of traffic. Online expansion with more top keywords. Solid achievements in occupancy, digital presence and leadership.
As general manager of Works+ Coworking and working hand in hand with Tribalo, has given me great results in the dissemination and attraction of potential customers for my business, we have managed to place us in the main search options both in networks and on the web within the state giving many interactions of potential customers and a frequent visit to our pages making our business to be known effectively and is growing with very good results.
